This DIPA is brewed with our friends at DEYA, a veteran of hoppy beer in the UK. We went for an oat heavy grist and pulled our experiences together of using them to mash at a lower than normal temperature. In addition to this we focused on getting a high beta glucan content into the wort for maximum pillowy mouthfeel. We then combined our DH approaches and further explored Hyperboost Citra paired with the new (and amazing) hop Alora. One of the biggest total hop loads we have ever done.
