Fresh out of the chicago test kitchen @pilotprojectbrewing This is our bright and modern IPA. Using @phantasm.nz @omegayeast Helio Gazer and three wonderful hops from Indie Hops - Audacia, Luminosa and Strata. A full spectrum of fresh hop flavours ranging from citrus and exotic to pithy. A gloriously fruity, refreshing and for lack of a better word.. sunny(?) tasting beer.
